While letting the proseal set on the static ports I worked on the F-810A bulkhead since I could think of no reason to get it installed. I took time to deburr it and flute it. Next I got it installed into the airplane to check the fit. I found that there were gaps in the lower left and right corners of the bulkhead so I made shims that you can see in pic #3 to fill the gaps.
With that done I match drilled the bulkhead holes for the -4 and -3 rivets.
Next session will be debur and dimple....then prime.
