Brief Description:  Mid Cabin Storage Cubby #10

I riveted all the parts together for the Mid Cabin cubby door. Believe it or not there were more parts than you would think in the little cover.....the door, two hinge halves, a hinge spacer, and a door stop and spacer that all had to be riveted to this cover.

After getting it all together I assembled everything to the Mid Cabin Cover area. It all went on excellent (to my surprise). The only issue I need to address is that the aluminum angle that attaches to the side of the aircraft skin is NOT perpendicular to the cover. So when the screws are put in they want to "bow" the cover. I will probably have to put a slight bend in the edge of the cover to get it to sit flat on the angle.....that will be another work session.

I used the cad plated screws to assemble the cover.....but the final assembly will use stainless steel torx screws.
