One more thing to do on the console. The latch knob had an arrow on it that was black in the knob so I took some paint and using a toothpick and a little paint from a spray can in a cup and I had a very visible arrow.
This session was cutting out the door area where the metal that holds the nose skin together is held on by small tabs. I took my time and cut the tabs while sticking a small screwdriver under the skin in that area to keep from hitting the metal underneath. It worked well and the cutout was done in reasonable time.
