I had just a couple holes to finish up before getting all the nutplates drilled and installed. I have found that some tools in the arsenal are seldomly used....but in those special instances they are invaluable! That is the case with the "pancake drill". I have used it only twice. Once to put the 1/4 inch holes on the landing gear wear plates, and once here when deburring the back side of these holes where the nutplates will go. It works great for those tight locations where it is hard to get fingers and normal size deburring tools in the space.

After getting the nutplates installed I once again disassembled the storage compartment frame and began drilling the locations for the nutplates....going take a while!
