I was getting ready to re-install the F-821 skin to drill the final 11 holes that must be match drilled to the skin from the inside out. Prior to that I consulted my build mentors Rick and Rob to see the best way to get the sides of F-821 to lay down as needed. They both sent me pics of the hardwood block with a little kerf slot that would do a good job. So I made one and put the shallow bend in the sides of the F-821 skin. After getting it all clecoed it looked good and will lay nice when eventually riveted.
Next I went for the deep dive into the RV 8 innards to match drill the interior holes....not an easy task for a large and old guy like me :0) I got them all match drilled while my beautiful assistant bride Kathy put the clecoes into each hole after I drilled them.
