Tonight I went through the same process on the right wing aileron bracket. Removed the old brackets....installed the new ones.....got the dimensions....removed them and machined the bellcrank....had to take a second cut on this one as well. Got the dimensions nailed and then installed the brackets and torqued everything.
With what time I had left over to work I went into the shop and worked a little on the baffles.
