It was time to adjust the elevator DOWN travel stop. The tolerance for the elevator is a minimum of 20 degrees down and a maximum of 25 degrees. I got mine completed at 24.5 degrees and was satisfied with that as it gave me a little tolerance for error yet max down elevator possible.
Couldn't get a good pic of the stop itself....but here is the result....the digital protractor does NOT lie!
