Began to work on elevators. Starting with the stiffners. There is a lot of work in these little items. They start out as a pre-punched angle and then the individual stiffners are cut out. Then there is cutting the long angles, and a lot of deburring!!!!!! I have found that the Scotchbrite wheel works best for performing the deburring. To cut the long angle I mark it with a fine Sharpie and cut close using band saw. I tried snips and razor blade scoring and snapping....but found that band saw was what seemed to be the quickest and worked best for me!
