I had to go down to Venice Florida to help my wife transition her Aunt Tonie to an Assisted Living Facility. The move in date was to be September 29th so I was going to go and work out of the Florida location and assist my wife in the evenings.
Unfortunately, the weather had a different plan and on Tuesday we were hit fulll force with Hurricane Ian. It hit just south of Venice area. Out of all the hurricanes I experienced while living 12 years in Coastal NC......this is the worst I experienced! We lost water for a brief time and had no power for 7 days!!! My one week trip turned into two weeks throwing my schedule into turmoil!
We got through it and I finally got home today. Well....back to working on the project and catching up on things!!!
