Brief Description: Ralph back over to help with electircal
Ralph called me last week and said he can come over Friday and lend a hand if I would like him to. The answer would always be YES!!! The problem is I was not going to be home as we were heading down on Friday / Sat for my grandsons birthday party. He did give me a rain check for Sunday!
So he came late Sunday morning and we headed down the basement to work. He was going to tackle the Relay Board that I am using for the Pitch Trim, Flaps, and Smoke Tank Pump. He sat in the cockpit and worked the wires that I had been running to various items. A lot of what we are doing now is hooking up things. The agony of running wires and routing them has about ended and now things are starting to go together. I decided that hardwiring lights and everything in the fuselage and running them through the wings was the better option than trying to route wires to the cockpit area which can be difficult for a large frame in a small cockpit. I MAY consider putting a connector for the pitot heat.....we will see....but that will be the only one that has a connection.
A shorter day than usual with Ralph here......but a productive day and as you see a fantastic job on the relay board!
