Brief Description:  Tying wires and lost washer

During the course of working the electrical bay yesterday a washer fell. The problem is that it may have fallen inside or outside of the electrical bay. Today I spent almost 1.5 hours looking to ascertain whether it had fallen inside the electrical bay or now......as that is not a good place for a loose washer to be floating around.

I used everything available that I had. I used a high powered rare earth magnet telescoping pick up pen, I used a vacuum and went to every nook and crevice, I used my video boroscope and looked in EVERY nook and cranny (which really worked fantastic!). I removed the inboard wire tie down panel that I installed and looked and fished around there. I removed the top front of the front contactor-current limiter panel and looked down and fished there too....nothing. I did all possible yet didn't find anything......so I am figuring the washer fell outside of the electrical bay and perhaps on the outside of the airpane.

Moving on I went back to lacing wires and I got two tie down pads placed onto the floor under the right side cubby. I removed the lightweight foam adhesive pad from the tie down and replaced it with the super strong adhesive tape I used to install the stainless steel floor in the PIC location. The adhesive tape works FANTASTIC!
