I am waiting on my labels to arrive from the print shop. I ended up repainting both CB and switch panels because the star washers for the items really dig into the paint of the panels. I decided to make some plastic washers out of some highly machinable black plastic material Acetel. I made them the diameter of the lock washers and about .035 that will look good and protect the panel surface. I made enough for the panels and a few extras.
I then worked on getting the bundle of avionics ground wires and doing a little bit of sorting and rerouting I got the bundle to where I thought it should be. I then found a location where I placed an Adel clamp that would hold the wire bundle.
