Brief Description:  Install Voltage Regulators & Wire tie down panel

Now that the Fuse Bay is riveted and pretty much ready to go, I decided it was time to install the voltage regulator mount to the inside of the electrical bay.

Next after pondering I decided on doing something I had been thinking about, and that is having a wire tie down panel to route and secure the power and ground wires in the electrical bay. I designed up and bent some .032 aluminum sheet to make the wire tie down panel using my little hardwood bend brake setup on my bench. After making some trims to the panel I located it and drilled holes that would hold the upper end of the panel to the electrical bay side panel.

The wire tie down cover should help keep things straight and orderly. The "National" forest of tabs includes includes 72 grounding tabs on the firewall. That should take care of all the grounding needs and the wire tie down panel should keep it orderly......at least that is the theory.
