Brief Description:  Front Baffles completed and installed baffles

After finally completing the scouring of the baffle parts and the assembly and riveting of them, I becan the process of installing them one more time before powder coating to make the angles for the baffle material to be installed.

Using the aluminum sheet strips I cut the other week, I cut pieces the right length for the different areas of the baffles, then using Robs "on loan" shrinker stretcher I formed the parts to the baffle areas where they needed to be installed. I used the shrinker dies to get the parts I could make and those that needed the stretcher portion I placed aside after shrinking what needed to be shrunk. I then changed the dies and completed the parts.

I placed the parts on the baffles and drilled them with #40 drills and then match drilled them to #30's. Once again....it was a process of getting them fitted I scrapped a couple pieces and remade a couple.

More early morning and late night work sessions to get these done and to the powder coater before leaving.....hoping!

Once again thanks to Rick and Tom for the baffle seal idea.....I like it!!!!
