I went back in the shop today and continued working the deburring process on the baffling parts. There are quite a few parts and a lot of nooks and crannys that require attention during the process. It was a session of file, sand, and smooth. Eventually the parts were completed and I cleaned off the bench and all the filings from the panels.
I then continued to go throught the instructions and got the #4 cylinder baffling put together. The instructions suggest in a couple places that it may be adventageous to hold off on riveting the parts together until after the baffles are fit and cut to the height necessary when fitting the cowling which sounds like a good idea to me!
