Brief Description:  Work Engine Mount & Left Landing Light

Rob suggested I get the engine mount drilled. That was a great idea. I am trying to get all the "dirty" work done in order to not have to be vacuuming up a bunch of chips from drilling here and there. There will always be more holes to drill (wiring starting soon) but hopefully it can be mitigated.

I started by checking the holes in the mount. I found that some welding burn thru left some lumps in the hole that stopped the bolts from going through. I drilled the holes but had to file with a rat tail file in order to work the lumps out and finally I had a nice fit for the bolts through the holes. Took a bit of time to get them all right with drilling and lots of filing. I don't know if everyone has issues with that on their mounts but it was quite a bit of work and it is finally rectified.

Next I decided to get back on finishing to fit the left landing light so both lights would be up to that point anyway and then I may divert for a bit. After working it for a while I finally called it complete. More work to be done on the lights but at least they are at the same point.
