Brief Description:  Headset Jacks GIB

With the LEMO cutouts completed last session I felt I wanted ot continue in that direction and decided to install the non-powered headset jacks. The LEMO jacks are powered for headsets that have noise cancelling capabilities and using this type jack means you don't have to use batteries....which is nice as batteries can really be a pain at time. So I wanted LEMOs as the primary means of connection. I will have a pair of headsets that will stay in the airplane.

In addition I decided to have non-powered jacks installed in case someone doesn't have a LEMO connector on their headset then they can use these jacks.

So I chose a location that would be lease invasive below the rollbar behind the pilots seat. I don't love the orientation of the jacks sticking out the side but I placed them high enough that they will really be protected to the greatest extent possible from being hit with a leg or hand and be damaged.
