It came to my realization the other day when speaking with Ralph about the AOA I have to install, I realized that it DOES have a box that needs mounting. I began to hunt around for a spot. Since it has hoses that come from the left wing I decided to try and mount it on the left side. My first thought was to mount it under my remote radio & transponder rack....but the Advance install manual says not to mount the unit with the labels facing down.
With that option no longer viable I decided to mount it to the baggage wall on the rear side of the forward baggage compartment.
A lot of time was spent trying to figure a location on my limited work session but I did knock out the two angles that I will use to mount the box.
