Brief Description:  Worked Canopy Skirts

I continued to do the same. Removed the skirts and worked the fglass I laid up in the last session. I decided to lay some flox on some areas as well.

During the fitting of the skirts I was able to get some of the areas adjusted with the "heat and bend" method where you take a heat gun and heat the fiberglass and then bend it a little to get the form correct. It worked great in a number of areas but then there are some areas that you just need to lay fiberglass.

On a couple areas where I was heating and bending I got a little aggressive and ended up blistering the outer layer of fglass. To fix those as well as other pockets that needed addressing from imperfections in laying the fiberglass, I mixed a batch of flox and covered some areas.

Flox is a bear to sand to I tried to get it only in the area where I needed it and get it as smooth as
possible. That's how the session ended.
