I began this session again working on the backside of the skirts. I started with the left skirt. After assessing the skirt I decided to use the heat gun method to see if I could get it to lay flat.
I worked on it for quite a while and it was getting better. I continued to heat it and bend it at various locations that I figured would give the movement I need. You have to be fairly aggressive with the heat gun but be careful not to blister the fiberglass. It was just doing it by a lot of trial an error but surprisingly I got a fantastic profile on the left side....it is DONE!
I began working the right skirt. This skirt was not being quite so accommodating! I used the same method which is more art than science. Worked it for a little while and called it a night.
