Brief Description:  Complete side rails

I took my time to make the clearance for the rear screw heads on the side rails in order to be extra careful to not damage any more of the hard anodize that needed. So I pecked away at making the clearance and placed a piece of aluminum sheet in front of the screw area to keep the dremmel tool from accidentally hitting the bottom of the rail and scarring the anodize. It took a while but finally had both clearance areas cut for the screw heads.

I removed the hardware and rails and deburred everything.

Finally I riveted all the remaining rivets that secure the WD-816 on both sides. I marked the different rivets on a piece of tape because it takes a couple minutes and keeps me from mess ups. Good work session.
