After clecoing the skins together on the skeleton, I inserted HS-0005/0006 to the left and right side of the HS. Used a marker to mark the hole locations on the rib from the pre-punched holes on the skin. Removed the ribs and fluted the ribs to straighten them.
Re-inserted the left HS-0005/0006 ribs into the skin and positioned/clamped them in place. Match drilled all the holes for the ribs and in the new HS-702 Spars. Left side complete...came out good.
