After looking through the parts I had I tried to get everything I could that can be painted. Some parts haven't been totally fitted yet like the seat ramps....but I felt it is better to paint them in hopes that I won't mess them up when fitting and installing them.
I only had about 3/4 inch of primer and 1 inch of topcoat left in the cans and was hoping to be able to complete the parts with it. Unfortunately I did all the paint set up and started shooting only to run out of primer after priming the large panel and two side console panels.....this isn't going to work.
I changed the plan and decided that rattle can primer would be used for the rest of the parts that I couldn't complete. I was able to process all the parts from etching to priming and ordered another quart of topcoat....I won't need all of it but I don't want to get started and run out.
