I got the rear baffles that needed the flanges riveted on scuffed with scotchbrite and prepped in order to get the hose flanges riveted on. After getting them scuffed and a good washing in the utility sink, I got the rivets and riveted on the flanges and set them aside. I have to wait until after riveting the #3 cylinder baffle to the rear baffle before I can rivet the 4" hose flange onto the rear baffle.
I removed the #4 and #1 baffles and spent time scuffing them with the scotchbrite followed by a good washing. Will continue the process next session since all the fitting is complete I want to get them to the powder coating shop.
