Brief Description:  Baffle and Cowl Ducts

Now work last night due to being my brides birthday. After work we went to get a nice meal at the Italian restaurant. She never had a frappachino and we got her one of those also.....she couldn't finish it all! A good celebration!

Tonight I began with reworking the front outboard edge of the baffle ramp and the culinder #1 baffle that needed a little trimming and cleaning up. All seems good to go now and I am pleased with the fit.

I am getting the Cabosil in tomorrow and wanted to prep the fiberglass for bonding. So I took some 80 grit sandpaper and roughed up the bonding areas. I also sanded the gloss off the ducts with 150 grit sanding paper. I will put the bottom cowl on and bond the ducts in place as the last item probably tomorrow night becsuse I need to put the top cowl on while it is curing to make certain the ducts don't cure and cause the cowl halves to misalign......per Vans instructions.
