I continued working on the baffles. I had to get the inside clip positioned and drilled which was a little difficult as it was down between the area between the ring gear and the baffle which is a bit cramped. I got the clamp located and with the help of a little double sided tape held it in place in order to get it drilled.
With all the clips now made and drilled I had one more item to do on the front baffles which was getting the top profile cut. I had to do some estimating cuts to get some space between the top cowling and the baffles which took several iterations as I was trying to be cautious of cutting off too much.
Once I got a small gap around the whole front baffle I used the paper clips and got the profile traced with the clips. I then used a scale and marker to measure the 3/8 inch gap to produce a cut line using the paper clips.
The baffles are marked to cut....should be able to cut and finish them next session.
