I removed all the baffling in order to get the final trimming completed. After removing I sat at the bench and "connected the dots" that I had made from the paper clip measurements.
I then took the shears and began to trim all the pieces close to the blue lines that I had made from the dots. After getting them all trimmed I used my files and other deburring tools to finish the edges to smoothness.
I re-installed the baffles to check them and the gaps around the cowling.....everything looks good! I still have the front baffle pieces to complete along with the ramps but I felt it would be easier to just work those separately after getting the bulk of the baffles completed.
Took time to change the dessicant before calling it a day.
