Brief Description:  A Baffling Session

Ralph was playing a bachelor this weekend and offered to come over Saturday......I gladly took him up on the offer!

The next logical step was to get working on the baffling. So Ralph began sorting through the box of baffle parts and I set about getting the bottom cowl set up to sand the edges on the bottom cowl that would provide the gap for the paint that still needed to be done on the back of the bottom cowling. Using the perma grit tools (I love using those for fglass) and the home made long sanding angle I finally got the edges completed on the bottom cowl!

In the meantime Ralph was working on assembling the baffle parts to check them out....then he began to deburr them. After I completed the cowls I began assembling and riveting the parts. Ralph had to do some modifications to the parts that go over the valve covers and I got caught up so I began just doing the old deburring and processing the edges.....it was a full day of such things and they still are not done! So I keep on inching my way to completion.

Thanks for the help again Ralph!!!
