Brief Description: TCW Hold Down Buttons and Mount
I finished making the buttons for the TCW mount that I am using to capture the mounting flange.
Next I set the battery up in the vise and milled out the attachments holes to slots that I am going to use to slide under the buttons I made in order to capture the attachment flange under the buttons. I don't want to try to take out screws or nuts to remove the TCW. The mounting surface towards the front of the airplane will slide under the buttons and be captured and then the two screws at the other mount towards the rear of the panel area will lock the TCW in place.
On another note I received some beautiful transfer labels that will be used to adorn my control stick and label the buttons. The labels were made by the "Picasso of Pixals" Jim Novak! They look great and will be the nice finishing touch to the control sticks.......Thanks Jim!!!!
