Brief Description:  Repair pins on GTN-650

We had some problems with a couple of pins in a couple of connectors in the GTN-650. The pins got a little bent and a couple were bent pretty good. The only thing I can think is that while getting everything ready for the install there was a lot of flopping around of the connectors and back plates for the 650 especially and I didn't notice that some pins were tweaked to the point that they bent when the GTN-650 was finally installed......carelessness on my part!

Anyway...Ralph came to the rescue with high density pins and a crimper and ended up changing a total of four pins in two connectors. His dexterity and expertise are something to belold.

When that was complete we got the GTN-650 back in place and NOTHING! Okay....so we removed it and checked....all pins fine. Hmmmm.....wait....the feed for the GTN-650 is through the TCW....lets check the fuse.....sure as anything it was blown probably from the pin shorting out.

Fuse changed....GTN-650 fired right up.....everything work and the updates uploaded....GTN-650 is ready to roll as is everything else right now.....perfect!!!
