Brief Description: Wing Tips stiffiners and hinge blocks
With the wing tips curing in place on the wings for over a day I went out and removed the tips from the wings and cleaned them up and removed the peel ply. Everything really came out great and I am amazed how the thin foam strips and the fiberglass really worked fantastic for stiffinening the wingtip upper and lower surfaces!
Next I did a little more finish work on the hinge pin retainer blocks by rounding all the corners and remove the sharp edges. Other than sanding and filling and priming.....the tips are done.
