I just had a short session in the shop tonight so I decided I would try to use a short piece of COAX and try to assemble the TNC connector for the GPS antenna on the turtledeck of the airplane.
I took a short piece of COAX and assembled it according to instructions except for the part of soldering the tip on. All worked well and I could see the process and get it down pat. This is a screw together connector...no crimping so it is a little different.
