Brief Description:  Ralph assistance with electrical

Ralph came over to assist me with avionic and electrical work. He settled in and began to once again tediously sort through the remaining wires and straighten them out in order to get them routed to the point where they were they needed to be and then I would be able to cut them and get the fast-ons on for the grounding block and connections for the fuse block and CB's as well.

I aided Ralph with a hand when he needed assistance. I also made a bracket for the D-sub that will tie all the display lighting wiring together in order to have the one rheostat control all the display dimming.

The harness AFS makes gives extra user inputs and outputs in order to have the ability to tie other things into the system and displays. For instance the flap sensor I bought will allow the flap position to be displayed on the PDF. But we spoke about the "extra" inputs and outputs that we had no need to use currently and Ralph thought of a great idea. I am making a bracket for a 25 pin D-sub connector that will reside in the area of the avionics access door through the baggage compartment and then have all the extra wires pinned and ready to use in the event I want to use any of the other inputs / outputs in the future! Excellent idea.

So a good days work accomplished.....THANKS RALPH!!!
