I completed the install of the Advanced AOA box. I had to final drill the two new holes. I was able to use one nutplate location on the lower bracket on the left hand side. I drilled the #40 holes last night and tonight I opened them up to clearance size then removed the box and drilled the other two nutplates and installed them.
I figured for a .5 pound box three #8 screws are more than adequate. If you look at the install manual it even states that Velcro is an acceptable attachment method for the box! After getting all the nutplates installed I secured the box in position.
I received some hardware from ACS and sorted that out before ending the night.
