There are no drawoings that give the dimensions between the side attachment holes. I took some measurements and found the distance between them to be a somewhat non-standard 3.700 inches between (as opposed to a standard 3.750 or 3 3/4 inches).
Having determined the distance I measured the height and made it so the box would not contact the baggage panel. As a matter of fact I am probably going to put some small grommets on the screws to act as isolators for vibration. We will see.....
I marked and drilled the holes and attached them with screws. Next will be to locate the box in a good location on the baggage wall.
