I decided to work on the PTT switch for the rear GIB control stick. Spent a lot of time measuring, thinking, and finalizing a design for the electrical connection.
I only had a 1 3/4 by one foot long piece of delrin that I bought some time ago. I bought it so large because I figured I can turn it down or mill it square if needed so I wanted it big enough. I have ordered some smaller rods one foot in length that are coming in within the next couple days for future use. Good to have a supply.
Anyway, I turned the delrin down to the proper lengths and diameters for the design of the pin holders and disconnect for when removing the rear stick.
