Brief Description:  Flight to SFZ to pick up my brother Rons urn #2

With the undercast now gone we took in the beautiful New England countryside. We flew right past West Point on the Hudson River. There wasn't much traffic on the way up and it was silky smooth air.

We could see snow on the higher elevations that had fallen the night before, and as we continued heading east we saw the snow on the lower elevations also. We finally descended in to North Central Airport (KSFZ) that had been given a blanket of snow the night before but the runways were clean.

My brother showed up while we were getting fuel and dropped off the urn and a couple other items including three frozen deliscous meat pies!!!

We jumped back in the airplane and began the trek back with me flying.....from the right seat. I like to keep the instructor skills up although it makes it far harder to see the display and there is no trim on the right stick. We made it back to a decent landing having Rob be the auto trim for me when I called for it during the landing phase. With a slight headwind on the way back it took a little longer....but a great flight and a good day. Thanks Rob!
