I continued with making the prototype panel. I smoothed and deburred the top and then I got set up to bend the bottom of the panel. I used a router to put a 1/4 inch rounded corner on a piece of hardwood. I clamped it all to the table and proceeded to use a rubber mallet and hardwood pieces to form the bend. Not perfect but great for a prototype.
After completing the bend I began to just start the layout of the panel.
