I decided to get a power outlet to set in the back by the GIB armrest. The USB's I place into the front and back are only rated 2.4 amps each. The power outlet is rated for 10 amps. I decided to put that in for two reasons. Not everything allows using a USB, and the power outlet has the higher power rating and you can put any adapter inside for whatever you may need (mini air compressor, etc). Maybe it's a little overkill but.....may come in very handy!
I was looking for space to put the ELT remote switch and feel it would fit nice and cozy on the right subpanel on the instrument panel. I decided upon and marked the location. I also started pondering wher to put the switch and rheostat for the flood lights. Still TBD......
Received and unpacked my parts for the SB for the aileron hinge and the SL for the reinforcement of the tail area. I will only do one aileron hinge since one wing has already been skinned. Will see how that goes and determine if I will do the other wing or wait till if ever it is needed.
I am going to perform the service letter for putting the small reinforcement angles in the tail area...that appears pretty straight forward.
NOTE.....This post has pushed me over the 1800 hour mark on the build.
