I put in more planning time to figure out the electrical. I pulled out the Garmin panel stick-ups and taped them on the panel. I think I am close to the configuration I want but not absolute yet.
I made switch mockups out of poster board to place them on the panels to see what I wanted and where I wanted them. It's a laborous process especially the first time you do it. Look at the photo below and you will see the profile for the electronic ignition and starter switches that I taped on for checking out placement.
So working my way through the morass of wire weaving planning to be able to get sparks and electrons where I need them to go!
