I painted the skirt right before leaving for a work trip and engine build trip. When I came back I had done a quick cleanup on the gun and paint stuff but there was a lot thrown around the basement work area. So the first order was some cleanup and getting things back into order.
Next I took the skirt in from the back workshop and removed the masking tape where I taped off to keep the Sika bond area clean of paint....no leak by.
I decided after giving a look at the canopy to fill a small cavity with Sika that I wanted to do before getting to the skirt bonding process.
