Brief Description:  Prepping for Sika Bonding #1

I was pondering how to get good access during the bonding process to get the best access to all the nooks and crannies. I could just lay it on the work bench, but that would be working on it prone laying on the bench to reach the very back of the canopy frame.

Instead I pondered for a few minutes and came up with a design for a stand that I could set the canopy frame upon. I went into my stash of lumber in the back shed and pulled out a few boards and threw together what proved to work very well.

I wanted to be able to use the stool in pic #2 to work under the canopy in the sitting position. The height would work excellent for maneuvering. I had the rear saw horse set that it would not get in the way when the slide bracket was attached. I put a nail through the hole in the slide bracket to hold the frame to the rear horse and drilled two holes in the forward saw horse to put the part of the canopy frame where the slide wheels attach.

I went in and set the rack up in the basement. Then I just pulled a couple pieces of tape off and called it a night.
