Brief Description:  Drill & Attach Anchor Block to Bulkhead

I simply drilled the anchor block attachment locations to the bulkhead and transferred them into the block. It's a pretty simple process.....put the anchor block in place and it is captured by the canopy frame and the anchor lock pin.....measure and drill.

I had it drilled in fairly short time. Next you need to countersink the reverse side for the 6-32 nylock nut. So I took it back to the shop and made the countersink.

All went well but I had to rush because my wife and I had something going on. Well another lesson learned....if you have to rush you will probably make a mistake. I made a mistake that after transferring the holes through the bulkhead into the anchor block......I put the required countersink for the nylock nut ON THE WRONG SIDE!!! No good way to fix that.....so remember a few post back I told you I bought a second anchor block "just in case" whe I bought the canopy slide block? Well....I will try this again with anchor block #2!
