Once again with the fuel selector bracket installed I located and transferred the holes for the screws that will attach the fuel selector to the bracket. I attached the fuel valve temporarily to see if I had good clearance for the fuel valve to swivel without it scraping the mid cabin cover. After assembling it I found to have about a .015 gap using a feeler gage.
I wanted a little more gap in there so I took it out to the shop and milled another .010 out of the pocket to be sure the gap would be sufficient.
To finish out the session I opened up the holes in the mid cabin cover to provide the clearance for the attachment screws.
