Sometimes the processes take longer than the description. I started by getting everything primed, which in itself takes a bit of time.
I then enlisted the assistance of my wife Kathryn to help with getting the ribs on the door riveted. They had to be bucked so she helped stabilize the door while I was riveting, which worked out well. Thanks a bunch Rosie!
The next item was to place the door back on the fuselage and strap it back on and place the inside skin on the door and begin drilling. The ramp worked well and the straps held the door good and tight.
