Brief Description:  Quad and Console #16

I finished trimming and fitting the top of the console. I then took a few minutes to countersink the bracket I made to install the parking brake module for the bolts that will hold the module to the bracket.

I next decided to remove all the parts for the left console in order to have access for redrilling the angle attached to the side of the fuselage.

Since I was using a thicker aluminum angle for holding the control cable bracket, I decided to install larger rivets to 1/8 inch instead of the stock 3/32 inch rivets. I bought a set of squeeze dies that use a pop rivet gun to be able to re-dimple the holes to accept the larger rivets after drilling.
