The elevator was ready for bending as the stiffeners have been riveted and primed. I noticed I really didn't feather the edge of E-713 counterbalance skin well enough where the E-701 elevator skin transitions over it. So I spent some time on feathering it better and then primed it.
After getting the elevator bent I clecoed it to the frame and everything looked good and lined up great. So now the process of riveting the multitude of rivets in the next session.
