Brief Description:  Left Elevator Skin - Rework

This work session was pretty straight forward. I opened up the holes to #40. I didn't put the parts together since the stiffners and frame parts are already finished including dimpling. So since the pre-punched parts on the Vans parts are so close there is really no reason to put them together when re-using parts. When opening up the holes to match drill your only removing a few thousands of material so if there is gross mismatch it won't assist in the process. Having said that
it definately is worth using it when both parts are new.

So I opened up the close to a million holes in the skin (slight exaggeration) and began to dimple. I did buy new 3/32 and 1/8 dimple dies from Cleveland tools due to sacrificing the 1/8 dies to make vise grip dimpler for the tight space on the fiberglas tips....so I bought both sets. I like the dimple that the Cleveland "spring" dimple dies make.
