I drilled the location of the rudder extension attach holes. Next I transferred the the holes into the extensions.
The profile of the extensions isn't complete yet, but the upper portion of the 1" area that overlaps the pedals is finished dimension. So after drilling all the attach holes in the pedals and transferring them to the extensions I deburred them and used the nutplate drilling jig to locate the rivet holes next to each screw hole. With that done I used my micro stop and countersunk the rivet holes.
