I continued working on the rear battery mount bracket tonight. I started by machining the top part of the angle to mate with the cutout area on the tubing. With that done I drilled and tapped the holes to mount the angle to the tubing.
Next I inserted the assembly into its location and bolted the two forward attach bolts into the tubing in order to hold it in place. Next using my Sioux angle drill I transferred the holes from the gear tower that I am using for attachment. I am using two holes to attach the rear bracket and inserted a clearance hole for another bolt. It wasn't east working in the gear tower to get the holes transferred but I finally got it done. Next will be the side bracket.
